Throughout her adult life, Jan has spent significant time serving her community: facilitating groups, volunteering, tutoring, mentoring and supporting local and national charities. She and her husband Rick have raised three daughters together, and started and sold a business.  While coaching is her passion, she enjoys being “Nana” to her six grandchildren, playing at golf, hiking, cross-country skiing, traveling and hospitality cooking.

A Message From Jan:

While my coaching style is absolutely client-centered and results-oriented, I encourage discoveries to be made in the moment. I believe the most successful coaching experiences result from a blended skill-set of consulting and coaching. The goal of my coaching is to identify and execute “action-oriented solutions.”

I’m adept at quickly establishing mutual trust and respect with my clients in order to identify obstacles, to design strategies and to move forward with clear results.  My coaching clients experience success in many areas, including:

  • Navigating workplace and new parent responsibilities

  • Career growth and fulfillment

  • Corporate role-transition mastery

  • Leadership development

  • Enhanced communication skills

  • Personal development

  • Managing stress

  • Divorce recovery

One of the greatest joys of coaching occurs when a client finds their confidence in an area that had previously been a “blind spot.”

I look forward to the opportunity to work together!
